The strategy title will ship for Xbox Live Arcade, Windows 8, and Windows Phone. 17-Bit debuted the XLBA version at the booth this week.
Skulls of the Shogun presents "1960's-flavored sorcery and strategy" as players take up arms as ghost samurai warriors, animal monks, and generals. It features four-player local and online multiplayer.
