Since the Albuquerque Comic Con 2016 in New Mexico, rumors have been floating around that Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and Pete would be making an appearance in Kingdom Hearts 3. Apparently, the voice actor for these characters, Jim Cummings confirmed that he had finished up his lines for the game.
Up until now it was all hearsay, but a video has surfaced confirming that Cummings made the statement during a Q&A Panel. Just before halfway through the video, Cummings responds to a question concerning video game voice overs
Jim Cummings held a Q&A panel where he answered fans questions about his voice work, during the panel an attendee asked about the process of recording for games like Kingdom Hearts. Cummings replied that it was difficult because the characters lip movements could never match English voice acting, as the game is made in Japan. The voice actor sarcastically replied that the process was especially 'fun' for voice Tigger and Pete.
Cumming's didn't end his response with that though, he went on to say "Yes, Kingdom Hearts 3 is done… At least my stuff is, and no I don't know when it's coming out."
Check it out in the video below, the question is at the 5:15 mark and the Kingdom Hearts 3 remark is around 6:35.
