Walmart’s Madden NFL 25 ad takes smack talking to the next level

The trash-talking duo, Nick and Steve, are back in an all-new Walmart ad for Madden NFL 25. Just as EA is taking Madden to the next-gen, Nick and Steve are taking smack talking to the next level. And better yet, a third personality has been added to the mix this year.

No gameplay necessary, just some good ol' Madden rivalry. Honestly, this is probably the best way to sell the game because I'm sure it speaks to all of us on a personal level. We all have that one person we just love to beat (I'm looking at you Matt Smith).

Madden NFL 25 releases on current-gen consoles on August 27th. The next-gen versions will be available at the launch of the PS4 (November 15) and Xbox One (November).

On a side note, Walmart is offering a $10 eGift card for anyone who buys Madden NFL 25 for Xbox 360. Just follow these steps:

1. BUY: Buy Madden NFL 25 for Xbox 360 and any one participating product in one transaction
2. SNAP: Circle the qualifying items, take a picture of your entire receipt and text* it to 76477 along with the word MADDEN.
