While we won't be getting a new trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens at San Diego Comic-Con this weekend, there's another movie that will be — and I'm sure it'll make many of you quite happy. According to Entertainment Weekly, the highly anticipated Warcraft movie will get its "big public unveiling" at Comic-Con, which many are interpreting to mean as a trailer debut.
"The fantasy epic from director Duncan Jones (Moon) and starring Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Toby Kebbell, and Dominic Cooper is set for its big public unveiling in Hall H during the Legendary panel," EW writes, adding that the panel will also include Crimson Peak and Krampus, as well as "incredible creature effects from ILM."
There's no confirmation that a Warcraft trailer will be shown on Saturday, July 11, or if it is that it'll make its way online (let's go leaks!), but at least we know that our years of longing are starting to draw to a close.
A screening for the trailer of the highly anticipated film was shown at BlizzCon in 2014, but those in attendance were prohibited from sharing what they saw through a video. Getting a bit creative, German website Buffed ended up creating drawings to depict what they were shown. Sure, it probably isn't as epic as what a trailer would look like, but it was still neat.
