Adult Swim has really been getting into the gaming space this past year with the successful release of the Metroidvania-style Headlander and the VR Demo showcase for Rick and Morty Simulator: Virtual Rick-Ality at San Diego Comic-Con 2016. The thing about Adult Swim games is that you know them when you see them based purely on their satirical flair. Small Radios Big Televisions looks like its pretty much the complete opposite of that.
In many ways, the game feels like it's going to a more modern interpretive art form feel as in this game the player explores deserted and dilapidated factories in a lost world to recover mysterious cassette tapes, each containing secrets from other worlds long past. As you explore each plant, you will solve mechanical puzzles and explore virtual environments brought forth by the cassette tapes that will allow the player to piece together the overarching narrative.
Small Radios Big Televisions is available now on PC and PS4 and retails for $11.99.
