[Watch] Black Manta gets his revenge on Aquaman in new Injustice 2 trailer

After revealing him as part of Fighter Pack 2 last week, Black Manta has gotten his own trailer for Injustice 2 and shows him in a fiercely personal battle against his nemesis, Aquaman (embedded above). Injustice 2's Fighter Packs gradually introduce new paid characters into the game, and Black Manta is set to be the first, arriving next month with Hellboy and Raiden coming sometime later.

Black Manta first appeared in Aquaman #35 back in September of 1967, so his introduction into Injustice 2 is something of a nod to the fact that he's been around for 50 years now.

Black Manta will be available to purchase on September 12th and retails for $6. If, however, you already own the Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition, Black Manta will unlock for free.

Injustice 2 is available now for Xbox One and PS4.
