[Watch] Blade Runner 2049’s official trailer dropped and it looked freakin’ awesome

Last week we saw two teasers and two posters release for Blade Runner 2049. Unfortunately, this week we didn't get two official trailers drop for the film – only one. Luckily that one trailer is awesome! The trailer shows off a majority of its cast, including the first look at Jared Leto and Dave Bautista, but it includes much more.

The trailer suggests that there's much more to the story of either Ryan Gosling or Harrison Ford's character – like a story twist.

Here's the official description of the film:

Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.

Blade Runner 2049 stars Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Ana De Armas, MacKenzie Davis, Sylvia Hoeks, Lennie James, Carla Juri, Robin Wright, Dave Bautista and Jared Leto. It is set to hit theaters on October 6th.
