[Watch] Bungie Director Talks Destiny 2, Returning Player Rewards

In a new Destiny 2 Q&A video, game director Luke Smith answers a lot of questions he received on Twitter. Like, a lot. About 20 minutes of answers. We learned quite a bit about the game during this near-half hour video.

The video in question was hosted by Wired. Luke talks about a number of things coming in Destiny 2. He joked about a new loot cave, but confirmed that while it was fun in the first Destiny, it won't be returning. He goes on to talk about returning player rewards around 1:20.

He doesn't exactly spoil what's coming, but he does confirm it's something. The rest of the video includes a lot of specific gameplay questions, something a big Destiny fan may not want to miss. He talks about story in Destiny 2 and what's to come next.

"The Vex don't play specifically a role in the conflict between the Red Legion but while you're playing through Destiny 2 and while you're playing a bunch of the different content, we are pointing at places we are going to go next. Part of the fun of making and playing games is seeing that intention and knowing that it's all going somewhere."

Destiny 2 launches September 6 on PS4 and Xbox One. A PC release will follow in October.
