Gamers have had quite the back and forth over Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, either they love the futuristic idea or hate it. Regardless, the trailer for the game's campaign actually looks really great.
In July we got a look at the opening gameplay for Infinite Warfare and it didn't feature any space. The story trailer, however, takes us from earth to space and makes it look pretty awesome. The trailer features skydiving, spaceship flying, car driving, robots and Jon Snow, who was revealed as the villain back in June.
Infinite Warfare is set in the distant future where humans have begun colonizing space. One outpost on Mars is rebelling against the government and Earth and you job in Infinite Warfare is to stop them.
It's unfortunate that Infinite Warfare has suffered such a harsh reaction to the space and futuristic themes. If this game went by any other name and wasn't attached to the Call of Duty series, people would probably be a lot more excited for the game.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is set to release on November 11th, 2016.
