[Watch] Check out this awesome video of Hideo Kojima playing Nintendo Switch

Hideo Kojima's games are known to sometimes be a tad over the top and a bit goofy. Just look at the Metal Gear Solid games for example. But is the real Hideo Kojima just as over the top or is it just how he writes his games? If this video is any indication, he just might be the most fun guy you could ever meet!

Greg Miller from Kinda Funny got the chance to go play the upcoming Nintendo Switch with Hideo Kojima at RTX Australia and their time together was recorded for our viewing pleasure. The legendary developer and Miller played the Nintendo Switch exclusive, 1-2-Switch, where players use the Joy-Con controllers in a variety of unique ways to complete various mini-games. The mini-game the two played was similar to a good ol' western duel where two players stand across from each other, hold their Joy-Con's at their side, and listen for a sound to tell them to shoot. The person who "shoots" the other person the fastest by drawing their Joy-Con is the winner.

Hideo Kojima is currently working on a PlayStation 4 exclusive game titled Death Stranding. It'll be his first game from his new studio that he founded after his departure from Konami in 2015. Kojima and his team at Kojima Productions will be collaborating with Guerrilla Games (Killzone, Horizon: Zero Dawn) to get the game in the hands of fans as quickly as possible.

The Nintendo Switch releases March 3rd for $299.99, but chances are you probably won't be able to get one if you didn't already pre-order it.
