While Avatar 2 runs into some trouble hitting its 2018 release date, Disney's Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World is well on its way to becoming Pandora. A new video from Disney takes us behind the scenes on the development of 'Pandora: The World of Avatar' at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
According to the Imagineers, the world will feature glowing plants and a number of rides. One ride detailed in the video is the Navi River Journey which takes you into a bioluminescent forest and features something "you've never seen before, in your life" at the end. There will also be a ride that lets us experience what it's like to ride those bird-dragon-things from the movie.
The video doesn't simply talk about the attraction's features, it also shows some of them off! Catch it all in the video below!
