Larian Studios is continuing their PR push on Divinity: Original Sin 2 with an all-new trailer (embedded above) that shows off the game in its final state. Every piece of artwork, character, and environmental asset you see is as it will be in the full version of the game, though to be fair, Divinity: Original Sin 2 has always been quite a looker, so it's not that much different.
It's also worth noting that although it doesn't directly mention it by name, the trailer does confirm the long-rumored Undead character class as a playable race. Here's a screengrab of the proof (the one on the right).
Divinity: Original Sin 2 lets up to four players embark upon a branching narrative through the world of Rivellon, leveraging an immensely deep character class system that features over 200 unique skills and spells. The game's combat is a challenging turn-based system that rewards critical and forward thinking and its pen and paper RPG sensibilities allow players to open up their minds to more creative solutions to the game's many challenges.
Divinity: Original Sin 2 will feature full voice acting for all 1,000+ characters in the game, as well as the ability for co-op players to poison each other.
Divinity: Original Sin 2 releases in full on September 14th, 2014.
