Back in April of last year, Ubisoft and Sony revealed the PlayStation versions of Watch Dogs would be getting 60 minutes of exclusive content along with a new outfit for game protagonist Aiden Pearce. Up until now though, the nature of that content has been kept a mystery. Not anymore. Taking to the PlayStation Blog, Watch Dogs community developer Nik Schmidt finally revealed the details regarding the extra mission.
"In an original mission exclusive to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, Dedsec requires the help of Aiden to set the record straight and expose a company’s deceitful activities," Schmidt detailed. "More precisely, they need Aiden’s help, his connections, and his extreme knowledge of Chicago’s complex ctOS network to track down enemies and expose them for who they really are, and he’s willing to do it – for a price."
There will be four exclusive missions available in the PS3/PS4 version totaling 60 minutes of additional game play. Additionally, you'll get a hacking boost perk and a White hacker suit for Aiden. "It expands the already massive world of Watch Dogs and enriches the experience for a legion of fans," Schmidt concluded.
Watch Dogs is due out on May 27.
