They say DOOM can run on anything, but can it run on a MacBook Pro Touch Bar? Yes, yes it can. iOS developer Adam Bell decided to take the new MacBook's Touch Bar and put it to the test. The results weren't the most beautiful thing we've ever seen – but the game does work.
The 2170 x 60 resolution makes gaming a bit more difficult that it would be otherwise, but when Bell put Doom's HUD on the Touch Bar instead of the actual game… it looked a lot better. Besides that fact that gaming like this isn't entirely painless, the best part is it actually works… which means that we are well on our way to seeing games like Flappy Bird on that tiny little screen.
