[Watch] EA releases Need for Speed Payback customization trailer

EA Games has released a new trailer detailing all of the new levels of customization within Need for Speed Payback, by Ghost Games. With Payback, Ghost is looking to give players a level of customization they've never had before, for example, you don't just change your hood, wheels and add a spoiler to your car. In Payback, you can customize every single part on the car, from fenders, body kits, transmission, gears, engine, to side panels and tail lights.

All the upgrades are open to anyone, based on your skill and how you perform in the game. How you place in a race, determines what you win. Everything is unlockable, it's just a matter of time and skill. You can even find old, wrecked cars on the side of the road or hidden off the beaten path, fix them up, give them a new paint job and make them show worthy.

Making your car even more unique will be easy with Payback, EA and Ghost are also introducing "vanity items." These special items allow players to add a more personal touch to their cars with colored nitrous flames, air suspension, colored tire smoke and underglow kits.

Need for Speed Payback will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on November 10.
