Ubisoft confirmed that a number of games would be releasing this year, including Assassin's Creed, Far Cry 5, The Crew 1, and South Park: The Fractured But Whole, but now we have even more hype to build. A teaser (above) for Far Cry 5 has officially dropped, confirming a worldwide reveal on Friday, May 26th.
The thing about this trailer is it falls directly in line with a report from the beginning of May, that detailed Producer Jeff Guillot, the same Jeff Guillot that worked with Ubisoft to produce a live action trailer for Far Cry Primal, was seen filming a live-action trailer in Montana – which is shown off in the teaser above.
If the rest of the details are accurate, that means we should be seeing a shot of a "man fighting with another man near a hanging bell as a train rolled by on the tracks a half-mile away" in the full trailer this Friday.
