Get Even is a First-Person shooter that aims to blur the lines between what is real and what is fake, both regarding its gameplay and its visuals. The game has been quiet for a very long time after being announced over three years ago, but publisher Namco Bandai released an all-new story trailer for the game, showcasing its gameplay in the process. On top of that, the trailer gives a release date of May 26th, 2017.
Developer Farm 51 previously released an early concept trailer for the game, showing how the real world and game engine visuals would go together. But frankly, if this new story trailer is any indication, Get Even's visuals aren't going to be robust enough to trick anyone into thinking that real world objects are in-game objects or vice versa. That said, it's questionable whether that's even the intent of the game anymore, as the video's description only gives off vague narrative hints.
The last time we heard from Get Even, it had gotten Bandai Namco to publish the game, but that was over a year ago. All we can say is that we hope for the best for Get Even.
