Earlier today, Far Cry 5 was officially unveiled to the world after a teaser trailer, and a few images dropped to whet our excitement. Now that we have a general idea of what to expect from the game, Ubisoft also delivered a trailer that focuses on one of the companions you will get to know on your journey.
Meet the pilot, Nick Rye.
Rye is emblematic of the values of middle America, reverent to his father and grandfather, who fought in wars so that future generations could be safe. He has a baby on the way that he hopes can be a pilot to carry on the Rye & Sons named painted on the side of his plane. Unfortunately, the town of Hope County, Montana has fallen under siege by the cult of Eden's Gate, and with fear gripping the land he loves, Nick is looking to take the fight to the enemy.
Far Cry 5 releases on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on February 27th, 2018.
