In 2002, Spider-Man got his first ever movie and along with it came an iconic score from Danny Elfman. The main theme before every film spawned a feeling of adventure, intrigue, and heroism but it didn't have the same feeling of the actual theme song for Spider-Man. You know the one. It appeared in several different forms throughout the trilogy and it even popped up for a split second in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in 2014.
No Spider-Man movie has really fully embraced the classic theme song that's been around for decades but it looks as if that will change with Spider-Man: Homecoming later this summer. Composer Michael Giacchino posted a video on Twitter showing his orchestra (or band or whatever you want to call it, I write about movies and video games, not music) playing a rendition of the recognizable theme. You can view the clip below!
Spider-Man: Homecoming will release on July 7th, 2017.
