After receiving the Industry Icon award at The Game Awards 2016, Hideo Kojima presented us all with a new look at his new game, Death Stranding.
The trailer opens with Guillermo del Toro (famous horror film director and one of the designers on Silent Hills) running from something in a war-torn city. del Toro appears to be carrying some weird device holding a small baby (similar to the trailer seen at E3) while we get a glimpse at some soldiers who are all connected together like umbilical cords.
One of the soldiers removes his helmet and it is revealed that Mads Mikkelsen is indeed in the game (which has been long rumored). You can view the trailer below which was confirmed to have been running in real time on a PS4 Pro.
