[Watch] Injustice 2 ‘Shattered Alliances’ Part 5 brings Brainiac and all his destruction

The Injustice 2 'Shattered Alliances' story trailers have given us a pretty in-depth look at gameplay and story in Injustice 2, while being pretty awesome at the same time. There's been quite a bit of focus on Batman, Superman, and Supergirl in Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4 – but now it's all about Brainiac.

Part 5 of the 'Shattered Alliances' story trailers brings us the smallest summary possible, but it's pretty darn accurate:

"No remorse, no prisoners, no survivors… Brainiac has arrived."

Up until now, Superman and Batman have been at odds in the story trailers, however, once Brainiac arrives it looks like the two settle their differences and work together to kill Brainiac.

Injustice 2 is continuing to roll out its character videos with Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, Captain Cold, Cheetah, Black Adam, Green Arrow, and Green Lantern all having been revealed recently, with a number of yet to be revealed fighters.

Injustice 2 releases on PS4 and Xbox One on May 16th, 2017.
