[Watch] Live-action Fullmetal Alchemist movie gets brand new teaser

In March 2016 we heard that Fullmetal Alchemist was getting a live-action adaptation, in November we got our first teaser for the film and last month we got a release date and a new look at Alphonse. Things appear to me moving along smoothly because a new teaser for the film has released!

The new teaser is a bit longer than its predecessor and features new footage of Ryosuke Yamada as Edward Elric, as well as another look at Alphonse – Edward's younger brother who lost his body and became something a bit more… metal.

A fairly familiar scene is shown off in the trailer, it's the moment where the entire journey of Fullmetal Alchemist really begins – when Ed and Al use alchemy to perform a forbidden transmutation – Human Transmutation – to bring back their deceased mother, an attempt that quickly goes awry.

Fullmetal Alchemist will be hitting theaters in Japan on December 1st, 2017.
