Wales Interactive announced a brand new title in the full motion videio (FMV) genre today with Late Shift. Developed by CtrlMovie, Late Shift is a high stakes FMV crime thriller with branching storylines.
After being forced into the robbery of a lucrative auction house, mathematics student Matt is left proving his innocence in the brutal London heist. The consequences of his actions take him on a vicious and violent journey across the capital, escaping the twisted web the player has the power to weave.
The entire game is played out through FMV and features over 180 possible choices to make. Things like follow orders or bust up the plan? Run away or steal the car? With seven different ending for the game and all of these choices, no game experience will be the same for any one player. You won't know which choice, no matter how big or small, will impact the outcome of the story in Late Shift.
No exact release date is available, but Late Shift will launch in April of this year on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Be sure to watch the trailer below and the official site here. It essentially acts a live action Telltale game as you can tell by some of the images below as well.
