After just two days, BATTLEGROUNDS The Movie! has catapulted to the #3 spot on YouTube's Trending video page, accruing over 3.3 million views in that time. While it's not the first YouTube video to try and capture the PUBG experience, it certainly is the funniest and has arguably the best production values.
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds the game is as healthy as it has ever been, recently passing the 2 million concurrent player milestone on Steam, something that no other game has done to date. Last month, PUBG found itself at odds with Epic Games when they released their own Battle Royale mode, which developer BlueHole attests to the fact that they have a partnership with Epic Games over the use of Unreal Engine.
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is available now on Steam Early Access and will release on Xbox One sometime later this year.
