It’s officially the month of Red Dead Redemption 2, ladies and gentlemen! With that brings the game’s second gameplay video which showcases the unparalleled brutality of the game’s gunplay, various activities to do, and even Rockstar’s return to first-person POV.
The new video gives us a deep dive into the Red Dead Redemption 2’s brutality which ranges from rough fist fights, bloody gun battles, and plenty of other types of chaos. We also see some brief glimpses at heists including the train heist that was shown to press a few weeks back. Rockstar also details Red Dead Redemption 2’s gangs that run the Heartland of America and what happens when you gain some notoriety within the world.
This can range from being hunted by the law or bounty hunters to people in towns remembering your actions long after you’ve done them. People will treat you differently based on the things you do so everything will truly have a consequence.
Rockstar has really gone all-out with things to do this time around with the ability to bathe, shave, play poker, dance, see plays, the return of the dangerous Five Finger Fillet, hunt bounties, go boating, and so much more.
First-person is also seen in Red Dead Redemption 2 after debuting in the GTA V remaster. It looks to be refined and to add a whole new exciting way to view the game’s bombastic moments of action which there will sure to be a lot of. You can view the all-new trailer below.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will launch on October 26th for PS4 and Xbox One. We recommend pre-loading or buying the game off a disc if you plan on playing on day one because it looks like the game will have a massive install of 105 GBs, making it the biggest install out of the box for any game on consoles.
