Live on Good Morning America this today, the newest trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story was released. It's the third trailer and it finally shows us Mads Mikkelson in the role of Jyn's father.
A full trailer over two minutes, a lot of the film's main story is revealed. Jyn's father is the designer of the Death Star's main weapon, and Jyn needs to lead an essential "rag tag" group of rebels on a quest to steal them back from the Empire. Also revealed was the origin of the film's title "Rogue One". It shows Jyn and a fellow rebel aboard the ship with the rebel saying "They're asking for a call sign". As a result, he uses the call sign Rogue One, which becomes Jyn's ship.
