During E3 2017, Sony took to the stage with a number of announcements, including a new Shadow of the Colossus. According to Sony President Shuhei Yoshida, the new Shadow of Colossus game will be a remake and not a remaster. The series creator, Fumito Ueda has even petitioned to make some changes in "content and toning" for the remake. Simply put, the third version of Shadow of the Colossus will, according to Sony, be like a brand new release title.
Last week, Sony teased that they would be bringing 21 game updates and seven all-new game announcements for the PS4 and PSVR during Paris Games Week. Today, we got a new look at the game, which has been completely rebuilt by Bluepoint Games.
The remake of Shadow of the Colossus is set to release on February 6, 2018 for PS4.
