Like its predecessor, Project Cars 2 is claiming to achieve amazing graphics, but what do the comparison videos say about the game's graphics? Well, at least on PS4 things are looking good.
Compared to the standard version, the PS4 Pro version of Project Cars 2 has increased graphics fidelity across the board and runs at a higher resolution (currently it is 2560 X 1440 which is upscaling to 4k). Overall, the PS4 Pro version has extra track detail meshes, an increased level of detail on cars, track objects, grass etc., an increased detail and resolution with shadow rendering, as well as an increased detail and resolution with reflection rendering.
Bottom line: Yes, the PS4 Pro version has more to it, but they both look really good and keep 60FPS. As far as the Xbox One version goes, the folks behind the game say that the Xbox One X version is a "significant" improvement over the PS4 version, but we haven't seen much footage of it yet.
