[Watch] Resident Evil: The Final Chapter trailer takes us back to where it all started (except with more explosions)

The first teaser for Resident Evil 6 'The Final Chapter' released back in August, but now we have a look at a full length trailer for the upcoming film and guess what, it's got a couple zombies in it. Honestly, there's more Mila Jovovich (Alice) in it than anything else.

The trailer gives us a good look at the antagonist, as well as Alice building up her team again. Unfortunately, the team isn't composed of everyone from the previous films – but we do get a couple familiar faces.

At this point, we are pretty far removed from the movie that kicked off the film franchise back in 2002 that took place in the hive and featured our holographic guide, the 'red queen', and actual zombies. Thankfully, there are hordes of zombies, giant parasites, hunter dog-like zombies and Whesker to keep the film in check (can you sense the sarcasm?).

The movie claims to be the last, but we will have to wait until after it releases to really know the truth.
