[Watch] SDCC 2017: Westworld is in ruins in the trailer for season 2

Just in case you didn't have enough good TV to watch, HBO introduced a TV remake of the movie Westworld to viewers last year. The show about a life-like virtual world with little to no rules garnered critical praise for its storytelling and it looks like HBO is going to deliver yet again with season 2.

The newly released trailer for the upcoming season teases a utopia in ruins. The NPC-like characters have gone off-script it would seem and there is nothing but chaos in Westworld and it looks like there will be a battle between the citizens of Westworld and the developers of the program as well. It's hard to say how it'll turn out but we can bet it'll be incredibly brutal.

You can view the new trailer below.

Westworld will return in 2018.
