[Watch] Shadow of the Colossus devs talk improvements of the PS4 Remake in new video

The Shadow of the Colossus PS4 Remake was one of Sony's more surprising announcements at E3 2017, as it will now serve as the third time that the game has released. This time, however, we are getting a full-blooded remake, as opposed to the HD Remaster that came out back in 2011. The official PlayStation YouTube channel released a new developer video about the Shadow of the Colossus Remake talking about the process of remaking the entire game world and the various camera shots and transitions used to help set-up the story during the game's legendary intro.

Check it out:

Naturally, the original PS2 game was the template for this version of Shadow of the Colossus, as our introduction into the story is virtually identical to how it was 12 years ago. As the developers from Bluepoint Games point out, the PS4's Shadow of the Colossus features an all-new physics system that enhances things like Agro's tail and Wander's poncho.

Shadow of the Colossus releases exclusively on PS4 on February 6th, 2017 and will retail for $40.
