As we all know, space is continuously expanding, and that is why Paradox Interactive felt the need to expand their space grand strategy game Stellaris with its first major expansion titled "Utopia".
Since the release of Stellaris, Paradox put out some minor DLC packages for the game but nothing that really counts as a full-blown expansion, until Utopia. Utopia comes with a lot of fresh content as well as updates to current systems, such as the new "Megastructures" and "Ascension Perks" and much more. According to Steam reviews, Utopia is a welcomed piece of DLC and something Stellaris was in need of and is thus rated "Very Positive".
In typical Paradox fashion, no one is left out in the cold dark vacuum of space, many of the fixes and patches and some new minor features of this expansion will be available for free, even for those who didn't buy the DLC, everyone is getting an updated Stellaris with the release of Utopia.
Utopia is available Steam for $19.99 but since it was released yesterday it's not part of the massive Paradox publisher sale going on on Steam at the moment.
