[Watch] Super Bowl 51: Guns, cars, and bald men all take the spotlight in the new Fate of the Furious trailer

The Fast and Furious series has evolved to simple illegal street races to chaotic summer blockbusters that has turned street racers into a team of special forces members. Despite them being fun, over the top action movies, the franchise has a history of sending a message of family.

In Fate of the Furious, the family is being torn apart. Dom (Vin Diesel) has mysteriously decided to separate from his friends and family to be with Charlize Theron's character. Jason Statham's character (who was previously a villain) will join The Rock and the band of heroes to stop Dom in an adventure that'll take them across the globe.
