[Watch] Super Troopers 2 takes Canada in latest red band trailer

The first official teaser for Super Troopers 2 red band trailer dropped nearly four months ago and today, we got the red band trailer. After a highly successful crowdsource funding campaign, the cult classic’s sequel is finally close to release.

The red band trailer came with the following description:

“When an international border dispute arises between the U.S. and Canada, the Super Troopers- Mac, Thorny, Foster, Rabbit and Farva, are called in to set up a new Highway Patrol station in the disputed area. Unconventional police work follows, and the result is…SUPER TROOPERS 2.”

In the trailer, we see Jay Chandrasekhar, Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter, and Erik Stohlhanke as they phase out Canadian Mounties from a Canadian town that is actually on America soil.

The original cast is set to return in Super Troopers two, as well as Rob Lowe (‘Park and Rec’), Tyler Labine (‘Reaper’), and Will Sasso (Mad TV).

Super Troopers 2 is set to hit theaters on April 20th, 2018.
