The Head of Creative Communication at Telltale Games made it clear that Telltale was not stepping into the world of The Wolf Among Us anytime soon, just a few days ago but it looks like that was a simply misdirection.
Telltale Games has not only revealed that The Wolf Among Us would be getting another season but so will Batman and The Walking Dead! The Batman sequel was suggested earlier this week by the New Zealand rating board, which properly revealed the title to be named Batman: The Enemy Within. Along with the Batman rating, it was speculated that we would be seeing a second season for The Wolf Among Us, due to the behavior of the voice actor behind Bigby.
The Batman sequel is the only Telltale game set to release this year, with the rest being scheduled for various points of 2018.
Batman: The Enemy Within – August 8th, 2017
A five-part episodic game series that will continue Telltale's take on Batman. Episode 1 will be titled 'The Enigma' and will be available digitally on August 8th, 2017 on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and Mac, and will become available on iOS and Android-based devices later this year.
The game will see a physical release in October for the Xbox One and PS4 with a special Season Pass Disc.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season – TBA 2018
The Walking Dead: The Final Season is the current working title for the fourth and final season for the Telltale series, which is currently in development for a 2018 release. The final season will be focusing on Clementine and will release in 2018 on consoles, PC/Mac, iOS and Android-based devices. Additional platforms are yet to be announced.
The Wolf Among Us Season 2 – 2018
The followup to The Wolf Among has no working title and is set to release in the second half of 2018 across all "major" gaming consoles and mobile game devices. The new season will "begin a fresh story arc for its returning cast of characters, featuring the return of Adam Harringtonas Bigby Wolf and Erin Yvette as Snow White."
The second season will be a standalone season, separate from season one.
