Nintendo has a history of crushing fan made tributes to any of their iconic franchises. They have shut down Unreal Engine remakes of Super Mario Galaxy, tributes to Zelda, pretty much anything that looks, feels, or sounds like a Nintendo game.
EmberLab (with the help of Theophany) has been hard at work on short film for Majora's Mask that is looking pretty good. The duo recently released a teaser for the film showing off some great animations for the film.
The fan made trailer gives us a lot of hope for the short film, but it also comes with quite a bit of fear — will Nintendo shut this down before we ever get to see it? Check it out in the trailer below.
