[Watch] The Battlefield 1 launch trailer shows that war never changes

Launch days, launch days never change. With the launch of Battlefield 1 today it means yet another launch trailer, and this one is really well done.

Battlefield 1 might be the most anticipated FPS game this year with its World War I setting and today is launch day, unless you were one of those early enlistees, and if you somehow might have missed out on the hype around Battlefield 1, then this launch trailer should do the trick. It got everything, gameplay, cinematics, the World War I feel.

In case you somehow missed it, Battlefield 1 takes place in World War I, a rather untouched era in gaming, and lets players experience the war that changed Europe. DICE has done their research for this game, and each level depictures some of history's most infamous battles, like the Argonne offensive and the battle of Gallipoli. They even added a segment where they let players control a carrier pigeon to deliver a message while showing off the destruction and chaos down bellow, a respectful nod back to the forgotten heroes of the war and the communication systems back in 1914.

Battlefield 1 is now available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and on PC via EA Origin.
