Last week, Nintendo revealed that they would be holding the final Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS dedicated Nintendo Direct on December 15th at 2 PM PST / 5 PM EST. During the event game director Masahiro Sakurai will be detailing the addition of Cloud from Final Fantasy 7 to the fighting game.
Hopefully this means that we will be hearing when Cloud will release for Super Smash Bros. and whatever else the character is offering for the game.
Unfortunately, prior to the Direct, game director Masahiro Sakurai said that DLC for Super Smash Bros. would be coming to an end and with this Nintendo Direct being the last one to be focused on Super Smash, it will be interesting to see whether or not this is addressed.
