[Watch] This Sonic Forces Introduces a Character Called Infinite and He’s… Actually Really Cool

When we first saw Sonic Forces, we saw Classic Sonic and instantly pinned it as Sonic Generations 2. But we didn't realize just how much more it had to offer. We knew it featured Modern Sonic, Classic Sonic, and a mysterious third character that turned out to be a custom player-made character akin to the internet's infamous Sonic OCs, which is way cooler than it sounds. Today, Sega released a video revealing a new enemy called Infinite.

First of all, what is that song in the beginning and why is it so good? We want more. Check out the trailer below.

It's like Sonic Forces found that sweet spot between lame-edgy and cool that's actually enjoyable. Hopefully, they ride that rail throughout the game. Who is Infinite? Why does he look like a Naruto bad guy? Is that the voice of Illidan from WarCraft? Also, that sweet logo!

Most importantly, Sega also released the song in the beginning of the trailer as its own video. Enjoy Sonic Forces OST – Theme of Infinite.
