[Watch] Volition Shows Us a Deliciously Cheesy Trailer for Agents of Mayhem

Volition, the guys behind the Saint's Row series released a new trailer showing off their new title Agents of Mayhem. They've also given it a release date of August 15.

Agents of Mayhem is apparently set in the same universe as the Saint's Row series, as seen by the color schemes of some of the characters (that Saint's purple!) and the tongue-in-cheek tone of the trailer.

In the distant future where "the only hope for governments and global corporations… are a group of corporately funded super agents called the Agents of Mayhem," the trailer shows off that well-known Saint's Row humor.

Players take control of a squad of three agents, who each have their own set of skills. According to the trailer, none of these agents are good guys per se, which is fitting considering one of the agents sports a Saint's Row symbol on his jacket.

Agents of Mayhem will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
