It looks like Fox will be leaving behind the action genre to dabble in a new genre in the upcoming X-Men spin-off, The New Mutants. This horror film will be the 11th installment in the X-Men film series and focuses on a group of young mutants that are being held captive in a secret facility.
The film is coming from the director behind The Fault in Our Stars, Josh Boone, and is planned to become a trilogy – if all goes well. The film is due to release on April 13th, 2018.
