WB Animation releases the first trailer for the latest animated feature film, 'Batman and Harley Quinn'.
The Warner Bros. Animation feature films have served fans proud. They've been a great medium for seeing the comic book stories loved by millions that we may not get to see in a live-action movie universe. From 'Mask of the Phantasm' to 'The Killing Joke', these movies are exactly what fans need and want between the big-budget productions.
Ever since 'Suicide Squad' released (albeit to terrible reviews and a "mixed" audience reception), fans of DC Comics have been clamoring for more of everyone's inexplicably favorite femme fatale, Harley Quinn. Well, wait no longer! WB Animation has just released the first trailer for the latest animated picture, 'Batman and Harley Quinn'. Check it out below:
In Batman and Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy and Jason Woodrue (a.k.a. The Floronic Man) embark on an ecological quest to save the planet – and, unfortunately, eliminate most of humankind along the way. To save humanity, Batman and Nightwing are forced to enlist Harley Quinn to catch Poison Ivy, Harley’s BFF and frequent partner-in-crime. But Batman’s patience is put to the test by the unpredictable and untrustworthy Harley during the twists and turns the reluctant companions face during their bumpy road trip. The result is a thrill ride of action, adventure and comedy no Batman fan has seen before.
Batman and Harley Quinn releases on DVD and Blu-Ray August 15th!
