WB Animation’s Batman: Gotham by Gaslight release date set for 2018

WB Animation has set an official February release date for the upcoming 'Batman: Gotham by Gaslight'.

It was announced during this year's San Diego Comic Con that WB Animation has a whole line-up of upcoming DC animated films on the way over the next year. Among those announced were 'Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay', 'Death of Superman' followed by the sequel, 'Reign of Superman', and the first to drop in 2018, 'Batman: Gotham by Gaslight'. The animated adventure set in an alternate Gotham City at the turn of the century has officially been set for release February 6th of next year. The story follows Batman in a much less modern era hunting down the legendary serial killer, Jack the Ripper. Check out the trailer here:

The movie stars the voice talents of Bruce Greenwood, Jennifer Carpenter, Scott Patterson, John Dimaggio, and Anthony Head.
