A few years ago, a unnerving Xbox One exclusive was announced at E3. The game looked to be a first-person horror/thriller game inspired by the world of Bioshock. The game is set in an alternate, procedrually generated world set in the 1960s and consists of a bunch of people who take drugs to keep them happy and take their mind off of the horrible reality they're actually living in. Eventually, the player comes to their senses and realizes just how awful the world they're living in really is.
The game is finally making its way to PlayStation 4 next April and it will also release alongside a physical version published by Gearbox and a $149.99 collector's edition that includes a season pass and the following items:
- Replica Bobby Mask
- The “You Look Smashing” 3-Tiered Lamp
- Uncle Jack Alarm Clock
- We Happy Few Soundtrack on Vinyl
- And more!
Players who pre-order the game on PlayStation 4 will receive 15% off of the $59.99 game, a PS4 theme, and a free in-game weapon. You can view a brand new trailer below.
We Happy Few in the Xbox Preview Program right now and the full version will presumably launch alongside the PS4 and PC version on April 13th, 2018.
