We know when QuakeCon 2015 will celebrate its 20th Anniversary

It started in 1996 and it's still going strong. Year after year people have come together to celebrate and play in the Bring-Your-Own-Computer (BYOC) LAN Party. I'm talking about QuakeCon here.

Next year will be the 20th anniversary of QuakeCon, so be prepared for a huge shindig! QuakeCon 2015 will be a four-day long festival filled with panels/presentations, tournaments, game presentations, contests. the largest BYOC LAN Party (ever) and so much more!

Guess what… It's free.

Say thank you to id® Software and Bethesda Softworks for that one. Mark your calendars for Thursday, July 23 through Sunday, July 26, 2015. The event itself will take place at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas —  if you're quick enough you can call (1-800-445-8667) the Hilton Anatole or head over to the website and make a reservation. If you mention you're there for QuakeCon, you'll get a fixed price of $164 per night.

Get your flights booked! Prepare your bodies for a party!
