We Dare Deemed Too Sexy for North America

Ubisoft’s Wii title We Dare has been deemed too sexy for North America. Provocative gestures, Wiimotes down players’ pants, and general adult-themed antics mean the game will “absolutely not see release in the United States,” Ubisoft said to IGN.

On the surface it looks like your typical Wii game, with colorful characters and scenery being navigated with a Wiimote. But things quickly take a turn for the worse when, for instance, a mini-game centered on biting an apple on a piece of string ends up with two people just a Wiimote away from licking each other’s faces off. We Dare has received a 12+ age rating in the UK, so it can’t be that bad, right?

Check out the game’s official trailer below to get a taste of what you’re missing if you’re a North American gamer.
