Weekly Wrap-Up: Pre-E3 2013

E3 2013 is practically here, but we're still tying a few pre-show loose ends. So before the major games trade show gets underway and we begin bombarding you with previews and interviews, check out some non-E3 content, as well as some predictions for the show.
