Wii U stock to be replenished by Black Friday, assures Nintendo

Nintendo of America head Reggie Fils-Aime has confirmed in a new TV interview that stock levels for the Wii U, which have been in shortage since the console's release on November 18, will be replenished in time for Black Friday.

In the interview with CNBC, Reggie briefly touched on the Wii U's main features such as the innovative GamePad touchscreen controller, while revealing that the system is "well sold through" in retail. However, he did assure us that Nintendo will have more available by the time Black Friday arrives.

"There will still be more available, not only for Christmas," Reggie said. "We'll have more available on Black Friday in more retail locations."

The best part of the video, however, is seeing Reggie try to explain video games to a bunch of Wall Street investors – and watching them attempt to play Nintendo Land.
