Will Valve announce a biometric controller on Friday?

Today, Valve gave us a sneak peek into its plans for the future, and it's all pretty exciting. But as the clock counts down toward Friday's big announcement, the folks at Valve may have accidentally tipped their hand.
A quick perusal of the Steam Machine Beta Test Agreement reveals that Valve has developed a game controller and plans to include it with the beta setup. Here's Valve's verbiage:
"Valve Corporation ("Valve", "We", "Us" or "Our") has developed and produced prototypes of entertainment system hardware and software, including a set-top box running custom software and a game controller (collectively: "Beta Products")."
This controller may have been designed specifically for testing purposes, but it's reasonable to assume that the developer plans to release the device along with its upcoming lineup of Steam Machines. Last January, Gabe Newell, Valve's co-founder, confirmed that his company was developing a biometric game controller. Though, he wouldn't give many details about the unit.
He did, however, indicate that he wanted to live in a world where a gamer could "pick up a controller and Big Picture comes on."
That world sounds pretty neat to us as well.
