So what's Cel Damage HD all about? Cel Damage originally came out in 2001 and offered a lighthearted take on car combat. Where Twisted Metal was all about killer clowns and murderous psychopaths, Cel Damage was all about cartoon characters duking it out in silly cars and even sillier weapons.
